Our Designer

 

Dave Beyerle, Owner, has been providing his clients with exceptional homes for over 34 years. With a specialty in custom homes, additions, remodeling and renovations, his work is consistently displayed in Miami Valley's exclusive luxury home event called - Homearama.

 

Dave is a professional member of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD) - the industry standard for specialists with a passion for excellent home design. He is also a Certified Professional Building Designer (CPBD) - certifying industry competency in ethics, procedures, architectual styling, structural engineering and construction principles, processes, materials and methods.

 

In 2011, Dave was the Miami Valley and Regional NARI award winner in the category of Residential Additions of $250,001 and over. 

 

He takes pride in his quality of work and continues to be an innovator in  both design and functionality. Most recently designing a product called "Decconek" to efficiently connect decks to brick veneered homes - an issue that reduces construction time and resolves the strenous regulation changes from January 2014. 

 

Dave completed his schooling at the University of Cincinnati with some coursework at Harvard University's Graduate School of Design.

 

He currently resides in Centerville, Ohio, with his wife of 30 years, Lee. They have three children, Jessica, Ross and Patrick, and one granddaughter, Brooke. Outside of the office, Dave enjoys spending his time on the golf course, reading, or practicing his marksmanship.
